It’s Back to the Grrrind !

Well kiddies of the northern hemisphere – summer is OVER.

We had a great time visiting Canada BUTT can hardly wait to get back to the heat, it’s damned COLD here lately (especially at night.) We’re sorry to be leaving friends and family but they can now come visit us in February.

Montréal is a blast and we highly recommend everyone visit at least once.

What has happened to Americans? Despite the most advanced medical technology in the world, they are sicker than ever by nearly every measure.

Two out of every three of Americans are overweight. Cases of diabetes are exploding, especially amongst their younger population.

About half of them are taking at least one prescription drug. Major medical operations have become routine, helping to drive health care costs to astronomical levels.
