Canada leads the way (once again)

Fast eclipsing it’s southern neighbour, Canada took the final leap today and legalized weed.

The FIRST G7 Nation to do so, Canada becomes the second country after Uruguay (of all places) to completely allow marijuana use by its citizens without reproach of prosecution. Pushing it one step further, forthcoming full pardons for simple pot possession are expected soon. GO CANADA!

SMART ! The tourism is going to go batshit next summer as those poor Americans head north to herb country.

Happier New Year in California!

Californians may awake on New Year’s Day to a stronger-than-normal whiff of marijuana as America’s cannabis king lights up to celebrate the state’s first legal retail pot sales.

The Japanese edition of Kaya was released with a different backcover, so rabid was the anti-marijuana paranoia in that country.

Why Marijuana Remains Illegal

Last week, a bill to upgrade cannabis from a class C offence to a class B offence was passed into law by the UK parliament, even though there was mass protest against it.
