Unbelievable we have been at this since 2008. Our objectives remain valid and even more important for the internet’s citizens to protect FREE SPEECH. (Fuck you potus)
The Anonymous® Show is an internet radio programme that discusses a variety of weighty topics, including social issues. The Anonymity angle is also a way of poking fun at political correctness.
“I strongly believe there is NO acceptable form of censorship in a TRULY free society, only OPEN debate and discussion. That is true tolerance; the tolerance of another’s ideas. Too many people don’t express their feelings because they’re afraid of what other people might think. By helping them retain the internet’s cloak of anonymity, strangers can reveal what they would really like to say”
Driven by nothing more than old men and their perennial Masters-of-the-Universe hard-on, Monsanto heads the list of the world’s most hated corporations.
New or newly-reopened speciality shops are once again selling highly-dubious synthetic drugs in the Czech Republic. While legal for the time being, experts warn the substances, if used recreationally, can prove extremely hazardous to health. In April, Czech legislators passed a bill adding more than 30 similar drugs to a list of banned substances; but manufacturers and sellers have managed to work around the law by slightly changing the chemical formulas involved.
People all around the world gathered in groups large and small last night to usher out the previous year, and welcome the arrival of 2010. Under a rare New Year’s Eve Blue Moon, crowds watched fireworks, cheered, made resolutions, and counted down to midnight.
From fireworks over Sydney’s famous bridge to balloons sent aloft in Tokyo, revelers across the globe at least temporarily shelved worries about the future to bid farewell to “The Noughties” — a bitter-tinged nickname for the first decade of the 21st century playing on a term for “zero” and evoking the word naughty. It’s the kind of story that makes film scenarios – a husband and wife on the run after a daring escape from prison, just a few months after their wedding. But this story ended badly – within 24 hours of the man’s escape, the police had caught up with them. The man was dead, the woman critically injured.

Laurence Binyon (1869-1943), the poet and art critic, was born in Lancaster in 1869. Whilst on the staff of the British Museum he developed an expertise in Chinese and Japanese art.
In contrast to the crown jewels of many other European empires or royalty, the Czech crown jewels cannot be found on public display in a museum. On the contrary, for much of the time they are kept in a carefully protected room deep in the bowels of Prague’s St. Vitus Cathedral. The remains of Czech kings are kept inside as well as valuable Christian relics, all stored in a treasury secured with seven locks. In fact, they only rarely see the light of day, and only for short periods of time.

The International Day of Peace is on September 21st of each year and calls for a full day of peace and ceasefire throughout the world.
In this event, the “Peace Bell” is rung at UN Headquarters. The bell is cast from coins donated by children on all continents, and considered a symbol of global solidarity. It was given as a gift by Japan, and is referred to as “a reminder of the human cost of war.” The inscription on its side reads: “Long live absolute world peace.”[1]
Observance of the annual International Day of Peace is widespread across the globe. Celebrations now take place in every country.
"The greatest evil is not done in those sordid dens of evil that Dickens loved to paint ... but is conceived and ordered ( moved, seconded carried and minuted ) in clear, carpeted, warmed, well-lighted offices, by quiet men with white collars and cut fingernails and smooth-shaven cheeks who do not need to raise their voices"
-- C.S. Lewis [1898-1963]

"You are talking to a leftist. I believe in the redistribution of wealth and power in the world. I believe in universal hospital care for everyone. I believe that we should not have a single homeless person in the richest country in the world. And I believe that we should not have a C.I.A. that goes around overwhelming governments and assassinating political leaders, working for tight oligarchies around the world to protect the tight oligarchy here at home."
