– We have had a clear-cut agreement, and it is unusual with great disappointment that we have to announce that Al Gore cancels. – Vi har haft en klokkeklar aftale, og det er med ualmindelig stor skuffelse, at vi er nødt til at meddele, at Al Gore aflyser. We have welcomed us and had a huge expectation for the event. Vi har glædet os og haft en enorm forventning til arrangementet. We have appreciated that we have been able to give the Danes the opportunity to get close to the Climate Summit via Al Gore. Vi har sat stor pris på, at vi har kunnet give danskerne mulighed for at komme helt tæt på klimatopmødet gennem Al Gore. We do not yet know the detailed reasons for the cancellation, says Lisbeth Knudsen, CEO of Berlingske Media.
